Please what are possibly the causes of Blank video screen in remote.. The remote gets the stream as printed on console but when rendered it is blank.. Audio is working fine

I have watched both videos complete but i am facing some issues.
can you please help me in solving these.

when i start meeting this issue is raising.

2) On both devices (Android physical devices) locally video is showing but remote one is not showing.

I am also getting connections on my meetingHelper, but i am not getting a feed for the other user in the call. I know i am missing something very small is there a way for me to purchase the full code ?
