You can't steer the barrel with sand when you roll it. So if the staff doesn't put it perfectly straight at start line, then the athlete ends up rolling it outside of finish rectangle and then has to push it sideways to get it into the rectangle. This isn't the athlete's fault, but the staff's fault, so I think it would be better to have a finish line rather than a finish rectangle. It would be more fair.

I don't mind the red Button idea. I assume it makes it easier to get an accurate time vs needing someone with a stopwatch. There were few if any instances where someone lost significant placings because they forgot to hit the button.

The button suddenly makes sense when you see how close Mel and Sam were on the power stairs

Remove the red button /buzzard - it doesn't contribute to the sport at all.

Horvarth presses that buzzzer way early. She wasn't even on the stairs yet - gotta get a different angle on that video!

Hooper is an angry man. Calling out crossfit... there are other populations watching too. The other strongmen and strongwomen speak highly of other sports. Meanwhile the "best athlete" has poor spirit

I watch this just for the strongmen portion. Good show decent events. But the red button needs to go, and the kettlebell press for the strongmen and women is a bad idea. That just looked like a recipe for wrist and shoulder disaster.

Buzzer for the strongman is a bad idea 👎

Rogue has done a way better job putting on competition events, verse crossfit. No one died, all the athletes were able to compete in a safe manner, and the actual competition events have been very competitive. Rogue Fit Games 2025! Make it happen Rogue.

I love watching these games but watching people using row or other cardio machines is not entertaining. I realize it's about the fatigue and overall impact on the event, but it's simply lame to watch.

Mitch vs Tom, Mr. Consistency vs Mr. Inconsistency. But I do believe that Mitch is not really looking forward to the day when Thor gets his pressing strength back.

This whole weekend has been fantastic for strongman/woman events/entertainment but honestly they need to get rid of the button, it's actually one of the most ridiculous things I've seen in the sport and this is a sport where people pull trucks for fun

Besides the buzzer, why in gods name did they limit the deadlift event with no suit and no figure-8s. There are records to be broken, let the animal use their tools.

Why the hell to they need to hit a buzzer? You are exhausted, tired and buzzing with adrenaline...and then you have to remember to hit the bloody buzzer to actually win? Gotta be one of the stupidest ideas I've seen in a strongman competition.

Hooper might be winning everything but the battle for the other 2 podium slots is incredibly interesting with Evan, Tom, Hafthor all quite close to each other in ability. If Matteusz had been there I have no doubt he would have been in contention as well

Its amazing that you don't have to be best at everything to win strongmen competition..just wining 1 or 2 event is all you need..🤷‍♂️

Congrats to Hooper. Dominant performance, but i do think this show had events that favored him and Thor pressing is getting stronger. He messed up the log but I feel like he looked a little tired and beat this comp unlike in SMOE, so idk if that was prep or what but I think 2025 will be different than this year and I see Thor to continue improving his pressing and to be fresh and strong by Arnolds. I think Thor is going to win at least 2 of the 3 main comps in 2025 over Hooper. Arnolds, SMOE, & Rogue. We will see what happens but 2025 will be wayyy more competitive.

Loved the events, but those buzzers were a really dumb idea and made things very awkward.

Without the buzzer im pretty sure mitch would have lost a point and tom would have gained a point which would make tom 2nd thor 3rd

Rogue has done an outstanding job designing these events. I don't recall the athletes being so crapped out with four events still to go. They are being pushed to a whole new level of fitness and exhaustion!

Figure injury was going to happen on the up and overs on constant rebounds.

The commentators are extremely annoying Why couldn’t we just listen to the people commentating in the arena ? It’s a lot hearing both

The strongmen are trying to press the kb like it's a db.
It's like no one explained physics to them...
Rogue needs to stop treating strongman like it's a test of "the unknown and unknowable."
