I just had mine approve after a long weeks

Can you help me to how to get the full amount return on w2 because I filled my taxes over 6 weeks ago filed electronic! But when I go to check on Nj gov and I put the amount that was given to me by the person who did my taxes, the nj gov shows that’s incorrect 🙏
