SVM C Parameter - Intro to Machine Learning

I did not come here for a quiz but to actually get an answer...

So what value could be the maximum C value on this graph? around 30? What about minimum value? Any fomula to calculate?

Large Value of parameter C => small margin
Small Value of paramerter C => Large margin

High C means you care more about every single point that is the second option in the quiz.
Small C means focusing more on margin or the boundary which may result in some classification errors and giving up a few points.

Large C -> Lower bias, high variance
Small C -> Higher bias, low variance
