ОтветитьYou made a mistake why are you still backing your battery with external breaker what of if the breaker trip off it will remain only PV voltage on the system are you know only PV voltage can damage the system without seen battery

ОтветитьNeat job but the DC cable size for the Battery Bank is too small, cable size for the 3 battery set up should not be less than 50mm-75mm.....because when the battery is drain and is set to charge the cable temperature will slightly increase and might not the able to withstand the charging current of the 3 storage devices

ОтветитьWhy did u use 2 dc breaker for the pv. Why not go straight to the surge protector then to the breaker which will pass to the inverter. I don't mean to challenge. I'm always trying to learn.

May I know if your battery do get fully charged. Your installed capacity from the pv 10800w to charge 45kwh battery may take time. Aside you powering your load from it you still can’t harness it all and on a bad weather days. You may not get to harness 2kw from the pv.

1- In which directions are the panels oriented to?
2- Do think 3 strings of 8 pieces of 450w will be enough to charge fully and efficiently the 3 batteries if the customer has hugh load and demand during the day time?
3- Do you know about DC connection bars that you can use to connect the batteries altogether? (it prevents the used battery ports not to burn in the case of a hugh demand from the inverter)
4—What is the length of cables from panels to inverters?
