You totally misunderstood the clip where he stands still vs. the Horizon. He knew the player was using a wingman and confused his tracking by halting his momentum completely. That is near-impossible to predict.

It’s a bit weird that you don’t know of Selly. Probably one of the most respected pros overall. Definitely the most successful pro in Apac north along with his teammate Ras and probably in the top 5 pros overall across all regions by most pro players standards. He regularly streams solo pub games so he just stacks clips for days but some of the clips in this montage are from tournament games. Asian pros tend to not play as much ranked because the servers there are filled with cheaters so probably why there are less ranked game clips
