ОтветитьThis is an old video but super relevant. I recently realized that I backed myself into a corner regarding an offer that my client wanted to make on the property. I wanted her to be a little bit more competitive in her terms so that she had leverage, but the way I delivered it I phrased it in terms of my opinion and I had to backtrack because it looked like I was just trying to push her. Silly move by me but I didn't realize how she would interpret my intentions. That was my bad.

ОтветитьHey Mr. Bartic, im in the beginning phases of a commercial lease buyout. The building that I office in has sold. New ownership is converting the building into residential. I have the longest lease in the building, ending in 2026. The initial offer was extremely low. What tips or advice can you lend me as far as how to proceed in the negotiations?
