I just realized that Omega isn't in greed if , considering Echidna is Omega this might mean tea party Echidna is main Echidna because Omega has the other witches in a crystal and Subaru has a crystal to talk to tea party Echidna

Subaru can't feel emotions properly in this if heck he has to put on a facade larger then ever

Kasaneru was definitely the most horrible of what if stories to me. The others like Pride or Wrath are more brutal but this one is truly disheartening. Everything is as Subaru wanted on the outside but everyone he cares about is broken inside. He sacrificed everything to achieve the end nobody even cares about anymore.

Lets see the pozitives of Greed If.

Subaru has reinhard power, Echidna wisdom, He become acustomated on using Rbd, he has Elza lackey, and even Roswaal is willing to cooperate .

With so much Subaru can safely protevt Emilia. And now he even has the title of Noble insteand of Knight so has more free time and power.

Hr managed to save everyone from Sanctuary and Priscilla witbout a single sacrifice.

A qoute from chapter 30 of arc 6 "Nothing in this small world was hidden from her view. To her, everything, everyone, was a child who needed protection.
Such a fragile world, with such fragile people, would be so easy to subjugate.
But the woman sought not to control this world..."
She is said to be capable of remembering random bandits she killed for unil her soul perishes. She was showing off befoe Subaru with that all-knowing book of wisdom. She was showing off before Collette about how there was only 2 or 3 individuals in history almost as skilled as she in magic. She has basicaly infinite rbd in this sidestory, with Reinhard and Elsa, both of whom now work for Subaru dirrectly.
It's hilarious how with all this and more Echidna can't even locate Ley, find a way for Subaru to convince Shaula to let him enter the tower nor even cure Betty's depression.

I love Re:Zero for the amount of emotion it can put in just a short chapter, Greed : IF is a perfect example of this.

Hope they adapt this if cus the hater keep saying shit about having no stakes and they don’t even try to watch and understand everything in it

Lets see the pozitive parts, Subaru masters his rbd and can use it anytime he wishes , he has Echidna wich is very Smart and a lot of strong individuals as Reinhard .

Everybody is safe and will continue to be safe because Subaru gave up. He did not give up and stop, he gave up his freedom and feelings for the sake that everybody is alive and in some distorted way...in peace. Everybody is not happy and Subaru is also not happy. Hell, is Echidna even happy, "Why must love fade?". even as Omega she did not feel any great sensation in being "alive" and sensing things again. Whether she has Subaru to clear all the routes of the world like a player from a VN or becoming Omega....is she really happy?

I'm pretty sure nobody is happy. I bet even Rosawal is not happy, he just is delusional that he is. Everybody is safe, everybody will continue to move on in peace, but without being happy.
