Dr. Dray says washing your face once a day is fine for many people. However, she also discourages physical exfoliation like wash cloths because they damage the top layer of your skin (stratum cornea). I’m only an EMT regurgitating the words of a licensed dermatologist. I’m also only someone who did this and had to wait months for my stratum cornea to heal (and “hiding” it beneath makeup only showed it off). I hope that never happens to you. It hurts, it’s ugly…it’s awful…so please be careful.

You're supposed to use the acid then cream because the acid needs moisture to activate. If you don't, it can pull water from deep within your skin, causing it to dehydrate your skin. I just did a quick Google search...

With the serum try patting it into the skin as soon as you get it on don’t rub it in too much just pay then let it dry and slap on the moisturizer 🤍 learned this in esthetics school cause mine serum kept rolling off too!!

Toner + moisturizer

Doing toner in between steps helps my skin absorb the moisture immensely!!
