AGE OF WONDERS 4 IS A PERFECTLY BALANCED GAME WITH NO EXPLOITS - Everything Is Broken

I like to think that Paradox saw Spiff's "no city" challenge run in Civ 6, then in AoW4 decided that they wanted to not only make the run canon, no, they wanted it to be even more overpowered, capable of a conquest victory, and fully embody the spirit of the glorious British Empire.

The game is not broken at all if you are not a min-maxer. Thoroughly enjoyable and one of the most enjoyable I've ever played.

Your schtick seems to be finding exploits and shouting about them as game breakers, rather than actually enjoying the game. Don't really see the point.

Should exploit the warlord's Dread Siege ability in Age of Wonder 3.... supposed to hit ONLY the city cast on, but affects every city of the target's empire domain.... reference Elven Court draconian segment of the campaign you encounter an orc warlord and goblin rogue who are allied, if they cast both on the border town you can capture from the goblins, it will spread the dread siege to EVERY domain you own even if not connected and can be seen in the necromancer campaign as well, resulting in every troop deserting by the time you can even remotely try to disjunct the spell(stacked integrity boost)

Chosen destroyers is an unlock if anyone is wondering. I am commenting this because i tried to make the build and couldnt find it and then I had to look it up

the vassal route might be overpowered against AI, but what happens when 2 players create the exact same 'custom faction' and play against eachother?

I recently purchased some actual Yorkshire Gold tea for the first time to see what all the fuss was about. Apparently the fuss is that it's easily the harshest and most bitter tea I've ever tasted. Like, it's foul. It's like the break room free coffee of teas. I don't get it. It's nigh-undrinkable. Maybe everyone in Yorkshire is swamping it with milk and sugar instead of just buying actually nice tea? Or they got used to it like how North Americans will accept instant coffee and equate excessive bitterness with "strength" and caffeine content when it's just shit coffee they've been trained to put up with?

This seems a enjoyable game, but in even without Chosen Destroyer at turn 100 I had way more rediculous economy and almost all tomes researched. There's a lot "unbalanced" design in this game, still fun regardless.

To be honest, I played an chosen destroyer campaign myself, but on brutal and it was my hardest playthrough by far, most fun thou. Idk, maybe I had just bad luck, but I had 2 enemies nearby, thay attacked me right away. It was pretty hard to sustain armies with heroes, to repell the attacks from two sides, as u have to pay for heroes over the top of you city cap, wich is 1 for chosen destroyers. I played an strong build, but could stabilize my economy only by turn 90.

How the hell did he get one chaos affinity if he didn't start with it? All the chaos tomes give 2 chaos not 1 affinity...

Hey, wanna one more game breaker which I ve found? You can start as astral wizard king, create a powerfull wizard hero and than use the "astral mirrors" spell to make copies of your hero each combat turn and SOLO the whole game. Who needs pathetic armies when you can conquer the world using your astral twins? What is even more broken, using this approach you can cast two spells each turn because each of your copy will have this powerfull wizard king`s ability to cast two spells per turn. The only way you can lose is to forget who of all of these copies are real you and allow your enemies to kill real you instead of a copy, because they are completely identical.

Wait, are the vassals of the player really sending the raiding parties to AI empires player is at war with?
Asking because I heard a lot of people complaining that the AI in AoW is super passive, just like my ex gf.

Keen-sight is a wasted trait. Critical hits ignore accuracy entirely, so if you get high crit, or even guaranteed crit (which is extremely easy to do) you don't need to worry about accuracy at all. So you kinda picked an awful trait combo.
