This actually isn't pus, it's the moisture the tea tree oil in the patches absorb, which DOES reduce the amount of pus.

These are okay but the acne must be minor to be effective

I stopped using products with coconut oil even in my shampoo and I haven't got any pimples like that.
Coconut oil products are terrible for me.

Mighty patches are so overated. You don't get many and they cost a lot. I recommend using panoxyl patches.

What do if pimple is not on skin but can feel inside

I used one of these a long time back that I got on amazon and it worked great! But, it left a red scar on my face that took nearly 2 years to fade. That part wasn’t so great, I wouldn’t recommend it for skin prone to scarring.

I discovered it works better when the surface has been broken (stick with me). Cleanse the skin, get an unused lancet, and poke the center (don’t touch or squeeze). You shouldn’t actually feel anything if you poke the true center of the pimple. This gives the pus and oil a path of least resistance for extraction

Ever since I discover patch it save me!!! I remembered trying to pick or scratch my pimple due to itchiness, and it was break out so bad leaving scars all over. These are live saver, i got anxiety attack when I didn’t have any at my house. Although i hate might patches, it doesn’t stick really well and the color it’s offlike yellowish. I like clear one better and mighty sold clear but it’s more expensive. Those korean one like corx or the one sold by sokoglam work really well. It’s cheaper tha! mighty patch too.

Definitely the best patches I've ever used they even get rid of my cold sores like literally cuts the time from having one for 2 weeks to only like 5 days type shit with continuous use of these patches I strongly recommend ! And they really are almost completely invisible at least until they need to get changed .

They work but I purchased some and they brightened my skin now I have light circle patches on my brown skin

Before lots of brands started selling these patches I used to buy the bandaids with hydrocolloid in them and cut them up to place over the pimple. They definitely work.

For me they don't always get rid of them outright, but if I catch it early enough it reduces the redness and the swelling. And if I put it on late in the pimple stage it speeds up the healing and helps mitigate the scarring.
