I've always used dlib and mediapipe libraries for extracting faces. I've added this method too, simple and useful!

Thats very great video. but is the image have the same size from the beginning ? and if they dont ? does the method resize in open cv make these image broken ? example : 500x1500 picture and resize to 128x128 do we need to middle resize from 500x1500 => 500x500 => 128x128

I do have a doubt. It's not related to this video.

Have you worked with pretrained neural networks for grayscale images? Most of the transfer learning models are trained on Imagenet which consist of RGB images.
