Can you do a nose job with tip lift at same time as a ponytail lift? I hate my nose. All my life I’ve felt so ugly coz of my nose . Kids would tease me when I was a teen . They would sing that song “follow your nose. It always knows” . Even now after 45 years it still hurts .
