ОтветитьFor peri and post menopausal women: Dr Stacy Sims and other experts extol the virtues of polarization: balls out plyo or SIT for no more than 15 to 20 mins, lifting very heavy/low reps OR easy easy peasy slow walking or biking. NO zone 2, which is a waste of time. HGH and neurological changes occur only if we’re going full out. But you’re saying Zone 2 🤔

ОтветитьKiller leg workout but I only fell it in my legs. It's like a leg overload. Might be doing the full body but I don't feel it any where else.

ОтветитьSimple to follow, solid and intense for such a short workout! Did this on my rest day during Iron. To tell the truth, I did not want to work out, was anxious and unmotivated, but this certainly put me in a better headspace. Used 7.5kg/16.5lb dumbbells so it was both strength and cardio for me 😅
