hi , Mr. Edcelle , I built a beautiful database and I want to transfer items between employees for example Jay received form the company refrigerator, heater device, washing machine and he wants to pass it to Eric. assume Eric No is 5521 and Jay No is 5522. I also want to record this event to audit table so in the future I can see all the employees who received these items or a certain item, how we can do that? your immediate response is highly appreciated and thanks in advance

I have used append query from one Access database to another access database for many years with different versions and never had problem, and all sudden when I run the append query, nothing happened. I wonder what's happening what is causing this. I am using 365 now. I wonder if is networking security blocking. While waiting for solution, is there a way for another alternative. I was thinking maybe I could import. Usually I import from Excel, not from Access to access. I could paste as an emergency but the many fields columns on the destination database are not on same position order. I have to reorder matching the source database.

Hi! I'm a trying hard access database developer. Righ now I'm trying to set the append query value to show in a subform. Do you have any workaround or any other way to do it? I'm also thinking a recordset. Hoping a positive response. Thank you.
