i love that they brought the boys back but i dont agree with the decision to have them face each other before the death star.
ОтветитьIs Hayden Christensen?
ОтветитьWell, as much as I understand that it is a closure and Obi-Wan can not save Anakin, I still can't stop thinking that it was the second chance for Obi-Wan to stop the evil and he failed the second time.
Ok, we can try hard and understand why he couldn't finish him on Mustafar.
But this time, it's the moment of truth.
You either "do what I must" or you don't.
And he didn't.
The fucked it up it could have been one of the best saber fights ever
ОтветитьThe make up on Hayden is so on point!
ОтветитьTo Palpatine, Vader was undeniably stronger than Kenobi, Vader fully embodied the dark side almost to the degree that Palpatine did. Yet, upon seeing Kenobi again, Vader's grip started to loosen on Anakin. This internal conflict weakened Vader's dark resolve, allowing the tables to turn and giving Kenobi the unexpected advantage in their duel. Kenobi, Ahsoka, and even Palpatine had dismissed Anakin as a lost entity, assuming Vader had wholly destroyed him. Yet, Luke saw the truth, holding firmly to the belief that beneath the darkness, Anakin still existed, and his light endured. Through Luke's faith, he managed to free Anakin from Vader's imprisonment.
ОтветитьI will never forgive them for that horrific shaky cam
ОтветитьWhy vader doesn't have Anakin's scar
ОтветитьThe best part of the show! 😢
ОтветитьI hope Hayden gets welcomed back with open arms
Ответить„We looked at the prequel fighting and added some modern elements“ 🤔 just a reminder: in episode three they had to slow down the fight scene digitally because the were doing it so fast you couldn’t understand what is going on… I don’t say you have to do the same shit again but on one hand disney really dosen’t understand lightsabers and overall this isn’t it sry…
Ответитьvader looks so good unmasked
Ответитьthey would fight to the dead, that's for sure: Yeah right. (Amazing scene BTW)
ОтветитьNobody can get the high ground 😆😆😆
ОтветитьThis show was garbage....and pointless. and absolutely 100% a straight rip off and carbon copy of the Ahsoka vs Vader scene.. so lazy and lame
ОтветитьThe fact they let Kenobi win at this point ruin all the show and the original trilogy. really poor decision, its impossible for Kenobi to beat Vader at this point. Poor knowledge of Star Wars, poor script abilities.
ОтветитьWhat are they using for blades? Really flimsy like a pool noodle. My neopixle lightsabers don't flex that bad 🤔
ОтветитьGood seeing these characters and actors again but man this show looked like one of those low budget sci fi channel movies lol
ОтветитьObi-Wan kenobi season 1 six episodes was great when Obi-Wan kenobi found out Anakin Skywalker still alive.
ОтветитьFire this woman she doesn’t know what in the hell she’s doing for gods sake
ОтветитьAs the obiwan series goes on, the series is more about obiwan.... exactly why the show was subpar.
ОтветитьThis better be good enough princess leia kiddy shit
ОтветитьThis show sucked. Disney sucks. They are pro Nazism and pro pedophilic ideologies. They deserve to burn.
ОтветитьBehind the scenes of one of the worse adaptations of Star Wars ever to be seen.
ОтветитьThey say SW fans are the worst thing ever... And they are right.
ОтветитьChoreography 🤡
ОтветитьThat'd be cool and funny if Hayden Christensen did Ian Mcdiarmid's I am the Senate scene
ОтветитьReally cheap
ОтветитьI'm all for Obi-Wan getting closure, but there was so much wrong with this story. Sticking to this specific point, Vader didn't even really need to be in here. If Season 1 had been about Obi-Wan continuing his training, learning how to survive in the Tatooine wastes, all while watching and protecting Luke from afar, he could have had echoes of the Force where he senses Jedi being killed or tortured by someone (not knowing of Vader's survival) while suffering PTSD nightmares of the Clone War and being attacked by a burning and raspy breathing Anakin. Then at the end of the season, he learns of Vader's survival in a cantina on a Holonet projection showing Vader and the 501st destroying a hive of Jedi survivors. Shock, guilt and grief lead to him staggering down an alleyway until he collapses against a wall and slides down into a sitting position, sobbing upon realization that his friend was alive and all the Jedi being killed/tortured were in his name.
Season 2 would set up Obi-Wan trying to get answers about Anakin and why he turned. Qui-Gon would lead him to the slaves markets where he spent most of his child hood, and then to the ruins of the Tusken Camp where Anakin's mother was tortured to death. Echoes in the Force allow Obi-Wan to witness these events. This shakes Obi-Wan's trust in the Force, as it was the will of the Force for everything that happened to happen. But Qui-Gon gives him clarity and takes him to a spot in the desert; a faint nexus of the Dark Side too weak for the Sith to sense, and instructs Obi-Wan to go inside and face his demons. Inside, the Dark Side takes on the form of Obi-Wan's enemies; Maul, Jango, Dooku, Grievous, and Palpatine, each one mocking Kenobi for his failure and how blindly the Jedi fell for the trap. Lastly, it takes on the form of Darth Vader, and the two engage in a fearsome duel. Casting aside all doubts and trusting in the Force to guide him, Obi-Wan is able to best the phantasm. After a brief respite, Obi-Wan is finally able to convey his sorrow for Anakin, how sorry he was that he felt Anakin couldn't trust him with the truth, how he wasn't there for Anakin to rely on for his burdens. The phantasm mocks Obi-Wan, saying that Anakin had been killed by Vader on Coruscant, long before their duel on Mustafar. As a parting final shot, the Dark Side gives Obi-Wan a glimpse into what Vader has done; the number of people he's killed with his bare hands, the battles he's led, and the merciless slaughters and bombardments he's ordered, before Obi-Wan is able to call upon the light of the Force to banish these images from him.
That is how I would work Vader into the story without disrupting the story of Episode IV.
stupid show !
ОтветитьShe's a garbage director
Ответить"Added modern elements"
Can we keep those out next time? Thanks
I really hated that the fight kept getting cut off for Revas scenes. Like THE showdown we’d been waiting for interrupted every 30 seconds to watch this absolutely useless character no one cares about walk around the desert after being stabbed by Vader himself…
They could’ve made this series 3 episodes and cut out all the bs like young Leia and Reva and everyone would’ve enjoyed it more i’m sure.
episode invisible all dark black scene ... exit Debora show
ОтветитьThere should've been a moment here to give Obi Wan a better reason for simply walking away without killing Vader, because that's the one thing I hate with the ending of their duel. He beats vader and is like; "Ok bye lol i'm gonna let you live and continue your tyranny and cause millions of more lives" My suggestion is this; have him say "goodbye, darth" and then raise his lightsaber, but just as he is about to deliver the final blow, he sees a tear on Anakin's eye, and the voice of Padme echoes in his head saying "Obi Wan... There's good in him. I know..." That's the last thing Padme said before she died, and so he doesn't kill vader because she still believed he could be saved. He didn't kill him because of Padme. He might have given up on him, but she didn't. That would've been so much better imo
ОтветитьStop just stop. No matter how deep do you dig. You can never rekindle revenge of the Sith.
ОтветитьVader could have finished him when he buried him, but again let his arrogance take over and decided to let him suffer giving Obi wan a chance to come back. Obi Wan could only then get the upper hand by damaging Vaders breathing apparatus chest plate.
Was a great scene as you could see the conflict in Vaders face as Obi Wan pleaded with him...Anakin is still there underneath....but Vader took over.
Guys like talking crap like they had a script on this one or anything, they was just looking at the proportion of black people on set and nothing else mattered to them. Disney is one sick joke.
Ответить"This is a fight to the death", uh no it isn't, Obi-wan could have ended Vader here and he chose to walk away, again. At least the first time he thought he killed Vader on Mustafar, here he has no such excuse. He allowed evil to live and continue to cause suffering across the galaxy for years and make it Luke's problem to deal with.
ОтветитьHayden straight up looks like sebastian shaw from episode 6
ОтветитьNo puedo creer que hayan cambiado duel of the fates, ya usaban el soundtrack para la batalla final de vader y obiwan y lo cambiaron
Yo lo dejaba ahi
Ewan says "Obi Wan sees Anakin is no longer there & gets closure" ! Thats fine, but surely soon after when Kenobi hears of all the horrendous things the Empire are doing & Vader is most likely an integral part of it all. He be more tortured realising he should have killed Vader there & then? Especially too because he'd accepted Anakin was truly dead ??
Ответитьi wish i could be in a star wars series as an actor
ОтветитьNo one will walk over the fire lol. Trash writing
Ответить
