2nd day: 1 and 2 section was more hurtfull, but the rest was nothing special, but at the end belly hurts

Ответитьbest workout i’ve done 2 days into it and i’ve already seen major differences in my abs i’m 14 and about 130 and i’m not fat i js don’t have muscle and this really made it pop out more thank you i will be making updated everyday for a month to let you fellas know how it goes
