The commissioner created this video because they have no phone support. They do not answer the phones ever. You can't even leave a message. The the poor New Yorkers who are not adept at using the web site are left alone to fend for themselves. As far as I know, the NYS DOL doesn't have physical offices where you can visit and talk to a clerk. They rely completely on the web site and no human interaction. That is absurd.

I’ve been waiting since JUNE! I’ve tried calling a million times and still NOTHING. It’s about to be 6months.

I have been trying to call the claims center for 2 weeks and no one ever answers... I can't log into my account because the MFA isn't working. How do I get my benefits???

I keep receiving the following message when attempting to submit my claim "We’re sorry. The information you have entered has been saved, however the system is currently unavailable due to technical difficulties, please try again in 2 to 3 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I Applied for unemployment on September 25th 2023 due to lack of work because my job title was eliminated.. Its October 22nd 2023 and still didn't receive benefits on debit card or judgement decision in the mail 📬 and after today on October 22nd 2023 it will be 4 weeks.. What the hell is going on?

No one picks up phones. And you request information that you said you gave me… and I need to talk to someone an no one picks up the phones

Work work pay taxes . Get nothing back . When u need help the government doesn’t help you but they want u to work like slave and pay taxes for others out of the country or non citizens/ residents. This is becoming worst for us working ppl

Should tell the people of new york who the private company that is proprietary and can't file complaints against doing business in New York who holds the accounts under the disguise of keybank and mastercard.
