i am not saying hiruzen being stated to be the strongest kage is false but simply a retcon as hashirama wasn't created when those statement was made and as it's stated by don that the only shinobi who can defeat or take madara down is hashirama which means hashirama is definitely above hiruzen

I think a lot of people do not realize very important things regarding Sarutobi which is firstly during his fight in Konaha his head and mental state was hugely divided due to Konaha being attacked!!

Also, 2 more things a lot of people don't realize is it's much more impressive that Hirozen being old compared to the fact that he was fighting 2 Hokages that weren't at full power!!

The second Jirraiya and Tsunade fought against a much weaker Orochimaru, Sarutobi didn't have that luxury and was the cause!!

As the fight between Jirraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru continued the drugs that was in Jirraiya left his system and Tsunade got her resolve back!!

Hashirama & Madara are only above tobirama because they have more chakra than him. Tobirama is not lacking in speed, skills or intelligent. 👍
