That part about it being a fragile ecosystem could be said about any place on the planet. I am not buying it. There are those that believe something is being hidden and especially in the "no fly zone" that nobody is allowed to fly over without clearance from top officials.

First I see a picture of a hole in the ground. That's Suppose to house a whole other world? Maybe, and then the opening has f I r trees around it. And then another documentary says that they think that there used to be trees in Antarctica because they found Petrified tree stumps. what? What was that picture of then, it had trees all Around the opening.. You see things just keep getting funnier and funnier.. I just watched another little documentary on Antarctica. And it said that the snow storms Can last for weeks? But If they lasted for weeks And this guy says that it only Gets point 3 inches Of precipitation a year, that doesn't add up to me.. who's telling the truth here? Who is actually Telling s the truth or does anybody actually know? Or Are they hiding or something from us. I guess I'll never know.

Why does he sound like if he is hiding a secret or information. It’s like he is trying so hard to keep people from travelling there. You need to tell me that they are holding up their end of the bargain? Give me a break! Something is fishy with that place! Aurora Borealis is only in the northern hemisphere. Aurora Australis is in the southern hemisphere. Also, there are no polar bears on Antarctica. Yes, you can go there either on boat or by air. They have multiple lodging accommodations for visitors.

If you Google "Antarctica Holidays " there are over 600 travel companies globally that offer various holidays there .. there is nothing stopping anyone going other than its quite expensive.

Technically, you can go to Antarctica, it's just that you won't be supported when you get there. Without support, ie food, fuel, maintenance and so on, you can't survive for long. Outside of the scientific bases set up by the various nations there is no infrastructure and the environment is very hostile to life. I remember when I was there a guy flew down in a small private aircraft and landed at our base. He was refused fuel and any other support other than to get a bite to eat and use the bathroom, so he had to turn around and fly home. He had just enough fuel to get back to Tierra del Fuego, otherwise he would have had to have left the aircraft there and pay to get it shipped back at his own expense.
