Had to take a couple of breaks here and there to catch my breath/give my muscles a break but I kept at it and finished! Had the heart rate up! Thank you for this great workout!

Thank you so much Sydney for making the rests long enough again. I was quite worried during Reps 1 and wanted to quit the whole program because of the 4 minutes no rest workouts with only 15 seconds rest at the end. But this one was really enjoyable 🥰. I liked all moves except for the last one 😅.
