1. Nexon driver is at fault .
2. Nowadays only few people know basic driving rules , and God knows how they get licence.
3. Overtaking from wrong side would even cancell you insurance claims.
4. People who teach driving to others should be certified / have complete knowledge themselves first . They should start from teaching BASIC TRAFFIC REGULATIONS....
5. Had this been a Maruti or Hyundai , the driver/ owner would definitely been crying by now 😝
