I am coming to write a comment here because i don't know where else to express my absolute fascination with this show. I've been getting shivers, I've been getting the urge to write down almost every line. It provided me with answers to things that I've been struggling with for years, and immensely boosted my self-healing journey. Every single episode was so powerful and eye-opening that I needed some weeks to let it fully land in my mind. I feel so much gratefulness towards Gwyneth Paltrow, all the fascinating inspiring specialists she invited, and towards all the brave couples that participated. I keep imagining what would it have been for them to be so extremely vulnerable in front of all the cameras, and i hope they know how huge the positive impact of that is on people like me. Netflix has put "quirky" and "provocative" as tags on the show, but id say groundbreaking, transformative and healing are much better of a description.
