ОтветитьI've been doing this for a while but I still have to drop my arms often as they ache so much 😂. Hopefully the day will come when I can do the whole 5 min workout without resting!

ОтветитьY'all I've been doing this for two weeks as of today, and I went from dropping my arms multiple times to now finding this easy, not even thinking about dropping my arms 💅 If you're on day one and struggling, stick with it because the improvements you'll feel make it so worth it and you'll feel amazing!

ОтветитьI love that my arms are definitely leaner. Who can’t fit in five minutes a day? Added a lot more walking outside and am feeling more confident and healthier.

ОтветитьDid your 4-minute arm workout twice, then this video, all 3 workouts with 2lbs weights. Finished it off with an unweighted round of this video. Awesome burn! 🔥

Ответитьday 1: stopped multiple times. my arms were BURNING. wow<3 i've been weight lifting recently and this workout is way harder even though it doesn't have weights.
day 2: still stopped multiple times, but i think less than day 1. my arms burn so bad hahaha. can't wait until i can do this without stopping:)
day 3 to 6: took one rest day, got easier with each day but i still can't do the whole thing all the way through without stopping.
day 11: i did it without stopping !!!!
day 12: i thought yesterday might have been a one off but i did the whole thing again! i'm so happy
day 13: did it after a weights workout and it burned haha but i could still do it all the way through! it's so cool to see the work pay off
