I don't know where you found them but I generally never see this many black women outside. Then again I try to stay far away from 27 ave in phoenix. Most of that is little mexico, GCU and sunny slope/Metrocenter territory. All terrible places to live with everything loking like a rundown shack compaired to Tempe and Chandler.

Phoenix has been my home town of 27 years. This is the "blade" on 27th ave. I live close to it and drive every day along 27th ave on my way to work. It's sad to see so many homless people tho, it wasn't too bad some years ago.
