How To Turn On Multiwindow/Pop-up View On Samsung Galaxy S6/S7/S8/S9/S10 - Android 6.0 To 8.0!

Ever wondered why Multi Tasking/Split Screen/Multi Window/Pop-up View wasn't turning working for you? Or is it you don't know what it's called but you've seen your phone do it before but it won't do it anymore? Or maybe you're new to the newer Samsung phones? Well here's the solution! I'm pretty sure this only works for Android 6.0 and up until Android 8.0! And for the S6, S7, S8, S9, Note 5, Note 8, and Note 9.
