ADVANTAGE ON EVERY HIT!? | Low Level Fighter/Warlock Multiclass Build for D&D 5e

Hey mate, was woundering what lvl advice would you give for higher lvl, do you go more in fighter or warlock. As lvl 5 fighter for the extra action would be great. Not going 2 handed for mine, sticking with sword and sheild Hexblade Fighter with the Rapier to keep a high damage output with one handed. Love this build though

I like it. We need more low-level builds. Too many builds are for level 10+ and require too many levels of building. This one doesn't. Now, hexblade is an interesting component to any multiclass build but it comes with a catch (IMO). I never go higher than level 5 in hexblade warlock. Why? Accursed Spector. Summoning my enemy's soul as a Spector is very evilish and at least very edgelord-y. But more samurai is always good.

I'm a dragonborn samurai with str19, dex17, con15,int13,wes10 and cha14, would hex blade be a good mulitclass for me? It's my second campaign and I've been trying to find a good mulitclass

The warlock fighter is Brocken, if you don't take any subclass or do idk, you can use eldrich blast 4times a turn with the extra attack feature from fighter, the actual action and bonus actions, and depending on how many beams you can do a shit tone of damage, just don't forget agonizing blast and repelling blast

Not gonna lie, i always thought samurais in DnD were kinda lacking. Fighting spirit is good but you only get three and that doesn´t change (well, you get one at lvl 10, kinda), I think it would be cool to have some monk abilities, mostly fighting stances that either make them harder to hit or give them more mobility.
But hey, i haven´t played in a long time and never really player a samurai. Maybe the abilities they have are good enought.

Idea for the character backstory: the character is a half-elf that woke up in the aftermath of a battle without any memories of who they are or what they were doing there, their only possession is a sword that they know is theirs by instinct and embarks on a journey to unravel who they are.
Talk to your DM to make sure they know the character's true backstory and how to proceed: the character is a tulpa an idea or thing that after an event might become real. The sword they are carrying since the start of the campaign? That's who they are, they are literally one with the sword.

The only part that ai would change is reducing fighter levels to 3 and focus the rest on warlock as warlocks have an invocation that serves as extra attack and you don't lose too much on fighter but gain a lot from warlock.

This was legit my Cursed Samurai I played in a game xD

His story was that he was the son of a Samurai lord. After a Calamity (name one on Faerun lol), an ancient shrine sealing away a cursed sword, the Muramasa, was broken as the dark magic slowly warped the area around it as it slowly worked its way past the magic seals in an attempt to reach out to anyone hapless enough to pick it up.

Turns out my character was that hapless idiot and the shrine was built below his great grandfather’s manor lol.

The DM was cool enough to give me extra stuff when leveling hexblade since I’d go at most 5 levels with it: namely the sword giving me more abilities as it awoke into an artifact over time like misty step, increasing bonuses to attack and damage, until eventually it would reach an apex at higher tiers where it would essentially be Vergil’s Yamato five or take a few power tiers :P

Hey man loved this build, a fighter but with a lot of cool and interesting mechanics and spells all wrapped up in a baddass Samurai bow it basically screams shonen protag in a way.

Very nice video, always loved the charisma based melee fighter with warlock touch into it, gonna note it down for my next character! For your next video can it be on multi-class build involving one of paladin, rogue or a bard? I feel like there can be some amazing characters from those 3 classes paired with another :)

lvl 8 is not low lvl its the point most campaigns never even see.
