Excellent band!❤❤❤
ОтветитьSo much love for this band on here…. God bless you. My favorite band too!!! ❤️
Ответить...it's '72 all over again with this stunningly emotive and delicate track. The Piano...is just pure CLASS!!! Love it!
Ответитьwas Free the greatest band ever?
Ответитьbeautiful song WOW !!
ОтветитьPaul don't want to go in till he dies, because he doesn't want to be in Museum, because he wants to make music till he can't no more.
ОтветитьBought all the discs they ever released still have them I am 66 know
ОтветитьWhat a song!
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful track could be a song about Paul Kossof
ОтветитьI can name a lot of great singers of all time. Call Rogers is probably my favorite. Why in the hell is he not in the hall of fame?
ОтветитьA Like is never enough for this One! Love ❤️❤️
ОтветитьIt's so hard to tell that a very young band is playing. Matured beyond their young souls!
ОтветитьExcelente banda ,amo esos tiempos ✌☯️🌹💘💋👏👏
ОтветитьС ума сойти,и этим парням по 19- 20 лет,какие таланты,играть такую музыку могли только гении!!!
ОтветитьI love this band more than any other. Everything comes back to Free. That's where it starts and ends. Words cannot do justice to them. Life is Free.
ОтветитьLove free looking for song for my kids when I kick it thot this was it but no
ОтветитьLove this song....one of my favorites. Lublin
ОтветитьIN ALL MY 66 .5 yrs THIS BAND JUST CUTS IT !!!!THE V BEST BRITISH BLUES ROCK BAND EVER !!!!Free g
ОтветитьI like it, good music, good voice, it's beautifull album
ОтветитьWe forget they were also very young. In fact when they split up Fraser who was 15 when he joined the band may not have been out of his teens, and Kossoff only just.
ОтветитьTimeless music and one of the most original bands in music history
ОтветитьWhat a voice what a talent, the band is such a special mix , lyrics are so vast .
ОтветитьNow I hear why they were Ronnie Van Zants favorite band
ОтветитьI was 13 when I first heard Free. My older brother bought Fire and Water shortly after it was released and it was rarely off the turntable. It was my intro to Blues- Rock and what a start. I had every album on vinyl by the time I was 17, I've still got them all and they still get played.
ОтветитьBest ever voice in Rock.!!!
All the Free band members have been heroes to me for 50 years - but this song is all about Paul Rodgers.
Sure - Plant, Gillan & Mercury were pretty damn good - but the No1 spot is not even close!
Just for the hell of it, here is the list of MY Top 12 Rock vocalists ever in reverse order - let me know if you disagree!
12 Roger Daltrey
11 Stevie Marriott
10 David Bowie
9 Freddie Mercury
8 Kelly Jones
7 Ian Anderson
6 Jack Bruce
5 Ian Gillan
4 Robert Plant
3 Chris Cornell
2 John Lennon
1 PAUL RODGERS
This is ranked purely in order of their ability to MOVE you - not in terms of power or range or attack - but just in terms of the amount of shivers down the spine.
I am sure no-one else would choose the exact same dozen - and definitely not in the same order - but for me these gents are the cream of the crop.
Six sadly no longer with us, Paul and 5 others still going strong.
This was always my favourite song on the album. It shows off the amazing voice of Paul Rodgers (who was born about 35 miles from where I live) wonderfully. I remember as a youth putting studs in my jeans to copy Paul; not recommended, as they scratch your legs. Maybe he used a different type of stud!
ОтветитьWhat an absolute gem this was..and they were barely into their 20s, Andy being 18 or 19. A fantastic band that should have pushed the Stones off their perch if they stuck around a bit longer.
Ответитьmagnificent and timeless song by one of the most mythic bands in all music history Free . we'll never hear songs like child ... R.l.P Paul and Andy
ОтветитьSo beautiful. X
ОтветитьWhere do you start with this group of young men...... An underrated band with a wealth of musical talent coalesced into a great four piece.
Paul R is the very best rock and blues singer. Paul K a great guitarist with a distinct and beautiful sound.
Andy a top bassist and Simon an uncomplicated drummer.
I love this song since the very first listening and am now long term Free and Bad Company and Paul Rogers fan.
If I could time travel I would go back to the early 70s at the age of 21 to appreciate them live.
Great song, Great band.
ОтветитьFree forever....
Ответитьgood...............................
ОтветитьJust listened to this, unbelievable. This is the best !!!!!!
ОтветитьFree/BAD COMPANY/Paul Rodgers just doesn't get any better
ОтветитьLouis. Their a blues band. Check out. Don’t say that you love me. Those of us who have followed them from. Free, to Bad Co. The Firm and beyond, realise how special this band really was. It was a coming together of 4 talented, individuals, that together took them to the pinnacle of blues music in the 70s.
In my opinion. Paul Rodgers, was, is and always will be, the best blues rock singer of all time. Kossoff the best blues, vibrato guitarist. Fraser the best bassist and Ralph’s just held them all together with the timing and tempo. He did the same for Bad Company. Such a shame we all got old. However their music lives on
Ive loved Free too, since their 1st appearance, seen them about half a doz times , have everything they ever played on vinyl, tape, cd, video. Loved every single song, never been a song ive ever disliked
I will always love free, Always
Happy 71st. Birthday Paul..
Your Music Will Live On Forever Through Such Amazing Songs Like This!!
💞🎶🎙🎸🎹🎸🥁🎶💞
I too was a victim of U.S. msm growing up in the 70s , cause " All Right Now " saturated the air waves but the majority of their great , artistic music was ignored like mos bands .
Classic Rock Radio never grew up and still over plays the same crap over and over cause its always been about short repetitive hits from queen & floyd , I'd be happy never to hear again .
A fantastic and moving convergence of talent and musicianship. The best rock and blues singer for sure. Never a bum note.
Thanks for such a great song Free
Great....last days of school.
That shows my age (67) and was into Free too...something in the style and lyrics. They were apart from the rest or norm...
The best years 🎸🎼💉💊,,,, Epic band 70 s. Panta stin kardia mou,, opou k nase rip ✝👣 ciao !!
Ответитьsomewhat simpler times back then, similar problems as today, but less distractions so emotions and thoughts were more focused. Today's kids minds are distracted by tweets and face book nonsense. Shallow conversations. Those of age (I am 63) born in 57 remember how we looked forward to meeting up with our friends. Did not idle chat every day. When we got together we did more, felt more. My opine
ОтветитьI had Free-Free at Last. In 8-track in '72. I was 18. Now 67. Paul Rodgers was yet to front Bad Company. Great music!
ОтветитьDoesn't matter what year your watching this.
if you reading this you have great taste of music!
good band , some says there're better than rolling stones
ОтветитьHey guys, who plays the piano in their music?
ОтветитьFantastico album ,,il meglio dei Free 💉💉💊🎸🎸🎶🎵🎤🎧
ОтветитьI love free I love bad company! But there were a lot of people involved in those projects! Not just Paul Rodgers! Love Paul Rodgers!
ОтветитьFree had this haunting, folky side to them which was awesome.
