I just bought a 9th gen iPad and the Logitech folio. I love it, it's like having a $500 Apple netbook. The Logitech folio is only $127 on amazon

I have few questions.
1) Can we uninstall inbuilt unnecessary apps
2) If I'm right this one was released in 2021, almost two years older does Apple reduce the performance of this device when it gets older. In a way that they make people to buy the new version?
