Hello 2013 - I come from the future - May 2020 to be precise...
The year 2020 will unfold as a great test for mankind the world over...
A plague will bring the world as you know it now to a virtual stop...
Many will refuse to venture afar of their homes in fear of an enemy...
An enemy not visible, an enemy not heard, but an enemy that kills.
Despite cessation of normal life, there will present an opportunity
for many to replenish their souls and move closer to God - this will

Can someone please explain to me why Revelation is also called Apocalypse by some Catholics? And why other Catholics, such as Bishop Barron, refer to it as Revelation?

Christ is knocking on the door because he wants you to let him in, not (primarily?) because he wants to let you out. I think that is clear from the context in Revelation.

I find the part in Book of Revelation description of locusts the most frightening possibility which could happen in the future. Another world war involving more than 2 nations being directed by locusts working in the demonic. That description in the Book of Revelation of those locusts right now sounds too much like the so many drones flying in the air. Drones in the air being made through more and more taxes being collected from the working for not enough wages poor. Working poor which by the way includes elementary children in both China and Russia too who have been for decades forced to be working for their own day care while both their parents are working longer and longer hours. 70 hours a week in China now.

Many years ago, I was in a meeting with my boss and HR director. In the course of the discussion, I said my soul was bought at a high price, and I would not sell it cheaply. At that point, it was dead silence for a minute. .

Blessed Mary explained the book of revelation as she prophesied as our lady of good success!!, overlap the book of revelation with the prophecies of our lady of good success and you will see blessed Mary was explaining the book of revelation!!
