Well blizzard, when do we get a story with this type of non-woke manlyness? I want my starcraft 3 with manly men saving the world. No more of these boss girls.

I remember that everyone was furious when blizzard made Artanis the MC for protoss when it was speculate and also confirm by blizz that protoss campaign it would be Zeratul be the MC.

So many years have passed since I played the Game. Still speechless after watching the cinematic. Well done.

What really hammers this home is that Artanis wields weapons of both the Khalai and the Nerazim - like Tassadar before him, he is learning the ways of his dark brethren, wielding the power of both the khala and the void. In that way, Tassadar won, as did the entire Protoss race.

hypothetically, if blizzard made a StarCraft 3 they better get it right and make it more nostalgic for us..like a terran campaign for valerian mengsk where we get to see what’s been happening with him since the final Nova Campaign Mission, a zerg campaign for what happens to the swarm after kerrigan leaves it to ziggy (zagara) and then a talda’rim (the protoss faction who worshipped Amon at one point) and maybe a bonus campaign for what the bloody hell happens to artanis, raynor, and kerrigan…bc there’s still a few things that in my eyes that need to be answered, like where tf did raynor and kerrigan go? Heaven? and what happens to artanis and the rest of the protoss factions. did they rebuild their empire on auir? ik that we see that they rebuild their cities in the campaign, but what about their army and whatnot…but that’s jus me

This scene still makes me shed tears of awesomeness to this day

I like how this cutscene matches Artanis during gameplay. First, his shields protect him, but then they falter. And when all seems lost, he saves himself by glorious resurgence.

My favortie quote from Starcraft 2. I hope that the warrior at the Sitong Bridge of Beijing, China is able to see the quote and bare it in mind. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

I almost forgot xLetalis plays SC2 as well, aside from Witcher. Awesome.

If MCU's Wanda Maximoff is alive then maybe this cinematic will likely be hard to watch for me because she might have been warped unwillingly by herself or Chthon. So yeah her potential return in future MCU projects will likely give us this cinematic but with more horror and tragedy than badassery

Such a great cinematic for such a trash game lore wise. Sc2 is not canon.

I'ms surprised Artanis survived that with no gashes, his close friend Kaldalis a Zealot literally lost an eye and the Zergling gashes remained on his helmet.

Masterpiece, I cry every time I watch this. My sensei passed away when I was young and this reminds me of him so much, he taught me the meaning of being bold and brave in the face of danger, and to never feel like you are alone in the face of danger. This cinematic does just that, very emotional.

Artanis, warping out only after killing dozens of zerg while the planet blows up around him: For the record, I could have done that at any time.

Years later, this is still awesome. And I still love how Zeratul emphasizes that the Dark Templar CHOOSE their paths. The other Protoss have it assigned by caste. The ones that severed themselves from the Khala voluntarily had the choice to be whatever they wanted. And still picked that.

back then in first game....i thought of him as the Skinny weak Tactician Templar of Protoss but now he become almost Godlike as Kerrigan in second game and damn he look more badass when he walk away while flames started to scatter.......i hope to see him more in 3rd game if this is not the final story

Alot of time, alot of thinking..

Right now, i was thinking why Artanis is growing stronger in LOTV by each mission.
Stronger commander, stronger warrior..

Well, found out this:
When he was cut off the Khala, he didn't have to share his primary source of power with maybe thousands of other Protoss people. He became Dark Templar, in score DT's are able to beat Daelaem toss, its training? I Don't think so.

Why is he not permanently cloaked.
