It's so weird to me that some detectives/law enforcement seem to think a bullet to the head = 100% death . Given the history of head related gunshot wounds being survived, knife attacked and impalements to the head, etc...

HOW was that 'DETECTIVE' SO STUPID?!! This was one of the most distressing and bizarre police interrogations I have EVER seen....I just do not understand what could possibly have been going through this detective's mind - HOW could he NOT SEE the seriousness of Ryan's INJURY until so much time had passed - - The IDIOCY is criminal in itself....Such an awful tragedy and needless suffering - disgusting. May poor Ryan R.I.P....

I havent even watched more than five minutes and Im already sick to my stomach with the way this detective couldnt use his skills of deduction to figure out this dude was slowly dying... Heart goes out to the victims involved.

The interrogator was charged with evidence tampering and fabricating stories about this very case, after ryans father sued the Phoenix police department.

My tinfoil hat is officially on, and i find it very interesting how this cop held off getting the only witness to the crimes immediate medical attention for an obviously critical head wound.

Brilliant detective work, a guy in front of him, bleeding, says he was shot....quite obviously injured, moans in pain...cops interrogates him. Yeah, just the kinda guy you want as a detective.

Bruh idk what i'd really do if I was the cop, but if some dude has a hole where their eye should've been, i'd first take them to the hospital, everything else later. There's something so inherently inhumane about questioning someome in that critical condition. The cop must have some serious lack of empathy, it's just so weird how little he cared.

I do not understand why people are so angry at the cop. He did get him treatment once he realiced what was going on.
If a person says they were shot twice with pistol at point blank to the eye, but seems relatively healthy, you would not buy that. Its so much more likely that they are trying to fake injury so that they get treated and can buy time to think about their story. Also if they are answering guestions and not constantly asking for help, is an indication that the shooting part might be a lie. But in this case I guess the guy was just confused and perhaps their brain was not working correctly, so they acted a bit irrationally.
