Sad to look back on this video and learn that a Christina wasn’t even paid to do this, only Claire. What a disappointing realization. She and every BIPOC at bon appétit deserved better.

Unlike the other teams, this pairing seems to be less collaborative. Seems like Claire isn't giving enough space to allow Christina to make a critical decision. You know, the kind of person that's assigned to a group project, but it's not a group project, because one person took over and you just like, "okay, whatevs, hopefully, we get an A on it."

It wasn't till I went to my first Thanksgiving at a girlfriend's house that I discovered red cabbage at Thanksgiving was not something everyone did. Apparently it is a German thing.

I think I'll stick with America's Test Kitchen & Cook's Country for my recipes. ☺
