ОтветитьLol he could have easily just stopped at promissory note. And since there wouldn’t have been a deed of trust (collateralized load) he could have just done a cash out refinance 🤔

ОтветитьI appreciate this vid & the info but you can't tell people what to & what not to invest in. I know people who've lost hundreds of thousands in real-estate & I know people who've made millions, same with stocks, clothing, Bitcoin & anything else. Nothing is guaranteed but it's just that with Real-Estate the odds are more in your favor IF you know what you're doing.

If I have multiple lenders for one property, let’s say two lenders are financing the purchase and a third is financing the renovation cost, are they all getting those four documents? Does the lender financing the renovation hold the same claim that those financing the purchase do?
ОтветитьSo if you just needed a private investor to help with the down payment (and then take a mortgage from bank on the remaining), would you still need a deed of trust? Wouldnt the bank be the first position always?
