ОтветитьSo, there should be more days in a week to be able excersicing (chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders, arms, legs, pull ups and come cardio to stay fit)

ОтветитьI'm working my way up to being able to do a pull up. What would you recommend to replace the pull up until I can physically do a pull up?

ОтветитьI noticed your right shoulder was rising higher than your left during your pullups. You should probably see a PT and get your scapula/ rotator cuff/ shoulder strength evaluated. This sort of thing can lead to muscle imbalances and or injury.
