So, there should be more days in a week to be able excersicing (chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders, arms, legs, pull ups and come cardio to stay fit)
I'm learning a lot from you Josh. Thanks for your great content

I'm working my way up to being able to do a pull up. What would you recommend to replace the pull up until I can physically do a pull up?

I noticed your right shoulder was rising higher than your left during your pullups. You should probably see a PT and get your scapula/ rotator cuff/ shoulder strength evaluated. This sort of thing can lead to muscle imbalances and or injury.

Seated rows gave always been difficult for me. I need work on that and pull ups. I see so many doing rockin motion lat pulls. 😮 I notice that you have total control of your weights, awesome form.
