I use this for when I’m working. I have ADHD and it gets pretty annoying when I work cause I loose focus literally every minute. The beeping snaps me out of it and I get just a little more work done because of it.

i have adhd and get distracted a lot i put this timer on when i was cleaning so if i get distracted i will hear the beep and continue cleaning thank you so much
