iPhone Microphone vs Shure MV7

just bought mine!

The iPhone sounds tinny and too much treble like very low Bass. MV7 has Bass and does a way better job at isolating the fan noise and it would sound even better on an XLR setup but on usb it still sounds good

Thanks. Big increase in quality. However, a lot of plosives (pops) when you get close to the mic. I have heard that replacing the foam over the front with the one from the Shure SM7b cures that.

The SHURE MV7 have a USB so if I connect directly to the console… does it work?
