Fix Unity Errors - SOLUTION || Failed project template / Can't find Unity Package Manager (Windows)

for some reason the package manager is downloaded but it still dosent work

i have package manager but it still has an error

guys all u have to do for the package manager thing is turn of real time protection on windows security

"Program Files/Unity/Editor/2021.3.9f1/Editor/Data/Resources/PackageManager/ProjectTemplates/com.unity.template.2d-6.1.1.tgz" it's not all of it, but you didn't really explain or showd how to fix it, i have alot of space bc this is a new disk and a new pc, AND the text is short, "C:/UnityProject/Game"

감사합니다. 윈도우 방화벽에 등록한 뒤, C드라이브에 설치되어있던 2019.4.31버젼을 폴더까지 완전히 삭제했습니다. 그리고 인터넷 연결을 해제했습니다. 마지막으로 컴퓨터를 껐다 켠 뒤에 다시 설치했습니다. 해결되었습니다.

hang on. after reading the unity logs u just stopped there and now i dont know what to do
