emotional pain = purge by listening to music
psychological pain = purge by laughing
physical pain = purge with sleep

if none of the above it is likely you are experiencing existential pain; a fourth type of pain. This type of pain is best purged by creating meaning (see the good): (carl Jung) "meaning makes a great many things endurable, perhaps everything", (Nietzsche), 'provided the why we can endure any how'.


Existential pain can also be purged by engaging in outlets of creative expression: it can be art, dance, poetry. Whatever the case, existential pain usually conditions us into developing expertise via repetitive engagement within a specific artistic domain, whether it be the sciences or humanities, it doesn't matter. Express yourself and find what works for you.

the best way to keep your energy transmutation system active is to seek out crisis: if you have diabetes you can induce crisis with insulin by inducing blood sugar lows and fight/flight responses: low blood sugars intensify fear and the nervous system is induced into shock (even non-diabetics can try this but its dangerous: comatosis can occur)

The lightworkers are choosing difficult Families: when the whole Family is psychopath (including grandparents from both sides and also all their children) and the parents themselves are not only psychopath but also sadists. I feel like someone whose been to every doctor, who had researched for years to try and figure out what is going on with me and then I find this person and she lays it out for me. I have always felt different and like an outsider. I have always felt that I have a mission and that is to help whether it’s humans or animals. I’ve always been empathic and highly sensitive. I’ve always felt lost and like an outsider. I’m also always very focused on recognizing what is within me that I need to work on. I discovered I was a light worker a few years ago but never fully understood what it meant. I’m so relieved to have someone finally spell it out so clearly and succinctly. I keep hearing my guides tell me to stop feeling like I need to do more and relax and just let my light shine... to just be myself and to stop trying to be more. Thank you for helping me understand exactly what I need to be doing. I may not have found my tribe but I’ve at least found someone to sort of be a mentor. It’s crazy that at the same time you feel that you’ve done this before, perhaps many many times, that you feel as lost as if it were your first time.

I am a light worker. I have said as a young child that I was a old soul. I am doing my s shadow work now at the age of 63 because I didn’t understand. I was alway called the black sheep but learn that my intuition was strong and when I didn’t listen to it bad things happened. I have been told that I shouldn’t try to help people that was not not place to do. Thank you for your help which I have never given the help and understanding till now.

If we don’t have any memory, when we reincarnate, then how would we even know about being a light worker? I have a very strong intuition and I know when I’m getting downloads about some thing that I need an answer to but that’s about it. Unless you have another ability, I don’t know how a person would really know they even had a mission

I was the outsider in my Family and was always put down by both parents and my only Brother thought I just wanted to be that way, too sensitive and emotional. I wasn't impressed with money, I cried at movies.

I been chosen as a Lightworker by the divine realm themselves (Proof: Interpreting one of my dreams and some uncommon angelic numbers) back in Nov. 2022 because I had so much academic resources and art resources, developing myself, discovering that I'm naturally creative, devout to my culture yet curious about others, and can feel other's emotions and insanely intuitive according to my natal chart. I am going through a phase of stagnation and mental illness but I have high confidence somewhere within that I will overcome this just as I’ve overcome many previous obstacles. I think as someone who has a deep inner intuition I may be a light worker myself, not only did I resonate with what you said in another video about incarnating into a difficult family line and coping with things such as ancestral trauma and generational healing, but we DO need special care but not in a “snowflaky”, overly self centered or narcissistic way. We simply need to feel understood and know we are not the only ones of our kind because the reality is there are literally SO MANY of us we simply tend to be on our journeys completely alone which causes us to feel alienated and ostracized by everyone around us not to mention societal pressure and expectations

I've finally accepted a spiritual path. I do feel an outsider to my biological family. I also have never exactly fit into one group. I've given alot of thought and have realized because I feel like I'm part of the global community. We are all connected. When I move energy, I've always thought of it as cleaning energy around me and I feel like I can reach around the world. I can do this powerfully when I do freestyle dance. Either alone or within groups. Within groups it's more powerful. It's like I can clean negative energy with the positive energy of dance around me and send it off as balls of light around the world. It's like meditation. I don't think, I just feel. Everything else you said makes sense. Yes, I believe I am a lightworker. And even if it is delusional. I think this is a healthy way to be anyway. 😊

All my life I've been told I'm "too sensitive", I need to "lighten up" (ironically), and now at 55 I'm realizing that I am probably in fact a light worker! I was always the one trying to restore peace in my family, even from a very young age. And grew up with drug problems to try to escape my pain. Thank you God for letting me survive it all to be in this glorious stage of my life!
