I followed everything but I can't make it work. I'm using Sublime text. How to put the CSS into my HTML?

I doubt that this a parallax code.

1) You could use only 1 class "box" with basic properties - this way You don't need to duplicate all 3 times = minimal optimization
2) after that You could add 3 classes .bg1 .. .bg3 with background images

can't find answer for my simple question: why in so many videos and other tutorials authors call effect like in this video "parallar"? IMHO this is pseudo parallax (or "paralla like") effect - because in true parallax are more than just fixed background image, and (a lot) elements are moving with different speeds on page
