The pattern is for a striped coat but I'm using one colour so how does that affect the instructions? I have never crocheted anything...
ОтветитьI just want to say this is not for bigginers I am a bigginer and I can’t even do the first step
ОтветитьI’m so committed to this! But how many yards altogether will I need for the biggest size anyone please!?!?
ОтветитьFor some reason I have a wider third section than first. Is this going to be ok??!
ОтветитьI made this a year and half ago for my jack Russell terrier now i have a staffy + boxer and im making this for her!❤
ОтветитьI am making this now and it is coming out so good. I tripled the collar length for her to have fluff cuff over. Rose and pea green. I self taught myself during the pandemic with awesome tutorials like this. Thank you for taking the time. I have made many throws n baby blankets but my first shot a doggie sweater n I can honestly say, I still can’t read a pattern but these tutorials work great, I slow the speed n take in the perfect clear speach. 🎉 ty again
ОтветитьI love this tutorial, thank you so much❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьThis tutorial was perfect! Thank you so much! This was my first time crocheting any garment and I customised it to be more of a traditional looking vest- square body shape and ribbed base to match the top + arms. SO CUTE 🥰 my little Tibetan spaniel looks like a Winnie the Pooh character 😂
ОтветитьThank you. You are amazing going to try it
ОтветитьWhy could you not rib it together with crochet the legs
ОтветитьThank you so much!!! My little sausage is all warm and cozy now 😊
Ответитьworking on making 5 candycorn sweaters for my dogs for halloween 😭 this pattern is so cute
ОтветитьYou are the best instructor!! Thank you.
ОтветитьI love this pattern! Very easy and wonderful instructions. I made two for my granddaughter’s dogs that are between medium and large. I did do the order of things a little different. Once the body part was complete, I finished the leg holes and stitched in the cuffs before I joined the sides and stitched in closed. It was much easier for me to maneuver around the opening when it was laying flat. Your instructions are spot on. You made it very easy and enjoyable. Thank you. Looking forward to another project!!
ОтветитьWhy can’t you do yourarmholes first begfore closing up the body and I crocheted the whole armhole without adding a separate piece in after the sweater was finished much easier and less time consuming
ОтветитьThis is an amazing pattern... I made one for my "fur-sister" she's a bichon size and she loves it out of all her coats and sweaters. Lots of movement room and not too hot.. THANK YOU
ОтветитьMy rows are not getting longer as I am crocheting upward from the collar. I dont know what I am doing wrong. I also dont understand what "increase double crochet" means here. Am I ding an extra double crochet for each row? 2, then 3, then 4, then 5?
Ответить😢 I am so sorry for my foul language😂 you did show how to do it without the pattern you are a very good teacher❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьThe dog is so cute 🤭
ОтветитьJust a question instead of sewing the sweater together can you just slip stitch it together instead of sewing.
ОтветитьI have a dandelion tattoo on my shoulder also. I got it on my daughter's 18th bday and one of the blowing seeds is a flying bird representing my daughter flying with independence. ❤️
ОтветитьI think this tutorial would be difficult to mess up! I kinda winged some of the adjustments and ended up with larger arm holes than i wanted, but i'm just going to add goofy sleeves with ruffles on this one. I wish we could all share our results!
ОтветитьI have a question to buy yarn pre planned ahead of time
See I noticed u have a lot
Of
The same color
Is that because u have a project planned out or is that how
U like
To
Buy yarn ?
I am all over the place when I buy sometimes
And ur doggy whining is cute tho
I don't get it why they don't include measurements instead of stitches, I'm using different size yarn and it's confusing.
ОтветитьI've made two sweaters for my Chihuahua mix in the last two days using this tutorial. I love that its in rows and not in the round. Also I wanted to add that your puppy is so cute, I laughed when you were trying to measure him and he wasn't having it, that's a doxie for you (stubborn). Thank you.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing! I finally made a sweater for my dog!
ОтветитьI love you puppy !
I have three dachshund ❤️❤️❤️
I love that you love your pup as much as I love mine. :) Makes my heart happy.
ОтветитьI am ready to make this, but the pattern doesn’t come up . A Bernar super value striped pattern came up
ОтветитьOh you just woke up a devil in me. Catch my whole family with beanies matching my pup's sweater
ОтветитьSome of the instructions on your video do not match that pattern. I had to modify the design so I could understand it. If you want to see what I did please send me your email so you can see what I did.
ОтветитьHi Tiffany. How am I supposed to have 49 dc on the neck if the neck is 46 sc across?
ОтветитьOn ne peut pas transcrire en francais
ОтветитьThank you Tiffany, I enjoy your channel you explain everything so well. So glad I found you.
ОтветитьThank you for the explanation of how to count rows you made that very easy
ОтветитьMy dog was so scared to be measured lol. But we did it! I ended up tweaking mine a bit. Next one i make tho i am definitely going to make the very back like this. It was getting late and i wanted to finish it lol. It turned out so great tho and my lil fur baby loves it.
ОтветитьHands down the best tutorial I’ve seen!! Thank you!
ОтветитьGorgeous but I do worry about dogs overheating if worn indoors just for cuteness, as they can't cool down easily. If only dogs could decide if they feel comfortable or not. However in winter I always put a coat on my dogs outdoors but take it immediately off if they're beginning to overheat 🐕🐕🐕
ОтветитьThanks Tiffany, my fur baby loves it! ❤️🐶
ОтветитьCan't wait to try this for my beagle. Thanks for sharing!
Edit: my beagle has a huge chest for a 24lb dog..lol 22inches
Would it still be possible to do it without the arm hole borders ? Ive run out of the same colour yarn
ОтветитьOMGosh! THIS pattern was SO easy to follow!! This is the FIRST doggie sweater I’ve ever been able to make.
Kudos to Tiffany for such clear instructions and just plain enjoyment listening to her upbeat attitude!
@Tiffany Hansen! I just received a mini Dachshund. She is so tiny and looks to be freezing all the time.
Ответитьcute dog , very helpful to visualise how to meausre on dogs))) heaps of thanks)))
ОтветитьI was literally looking to make a coat for my dachshund and your video was the first to pop up thank you so much
Ответить❤
ОтветитьA contrasting trim, arm hole would have been easier to see.
ОтветитьHow do you hold your hook and yarn? I haven't seen it held this way and I would love to learn please
ОтветитьI have made alot of your dog jackets thank you for sharing 🤔
