I DARE TO SAY HE HAS NOT accomplished the vajrayana path ! but he is a good scholar and can sit in meditation for sure.
to accomplish the vajrayana path you need a vajrayana guru, who finds you and you will never find one unless furnished with appropriate karma! like naropa found tilopa resp. vice versa.
there is no fixed path or teaching of vajrayana: every disciple receives different exercises out of the vast toolbox of the different yogas.
vajrayana is not buddhism! buddha never taught a this or that teaching or gave room for speculations, which come forward by people having accomplished little or nothing ...
and tantra is not vajrayana! - it is a yoga discipline and part of the toolbox.
his teachings did not explain me what is vajrayana really and where to start it .. he just talks about lots of obstacles
perfect the yamas and niyamas in your mind first by always thinking in the good - not one bad thought must receive energy .... to control this you need to practice satipatthana first (this is the first big excercise you must accomplish)
and this is the way to meet a genuine vajrayana guru .... he might not be in asia
if kendtrul rinpoche reads this he knows ... do not talk of the end of the path, talk about the beginning and the mandatory prerequisites
