How To Auto Refresh Firefox Browser Tabs Like A Boss

Is there an add on for giving me my tabs back along the top so I can see them?

Bro... now I refresh my tabs like a faking BOSS!

When I install this, there seems to be no way to actually use it. When I go to add-ons, it shows it installed, but there's no shortcut and right clicking a tab doesn't show it either.

It didn't work for me, my Google chrome and brave browser keeps refreshing on every page. Any suggestions for this would be helpful.

You really should show page monitor options it's kind of a major part of the reason auto refresh is used.
