Official How to Play Christmas Vacation Card Scramble Yay!

Does anyone know if a player can steal 2 cards from other player(s) AND trade 2 with the middle deck in the same turn? The rules are not clear on this and more unfortunately.

I love games but I hate this one. It's so complicated that it just frustrates me. How disappointing for a movie I love so much!

Just played our first game. It is not a boring game! One thing we noticed is that if the spots on the board corresponding to space cards were colored to match the colors of the cards it would help. Also the order of when you discard if you are going to draw was a bit unclear. We also were not sure if you had to make the choice to draw two or one before making any draws or if you can draw one and then decide whether to draw your second. Also whether the wild card is just held as an extra card or if it counted as one in your hand was a little confusing, but we finally decided it should count as one in your hand. Otherwise it was fun and we are going to try it again at the intermediate level of play.

I don’t understand a lot of the actions. One being swap placement. Board actions do not apply. So what placement are we swapping?
How do you pick the two cards you put down?
Once you pick up cards are you able to replace and adjust your two cards that are down?
I have so many questions.

Seems too complicated... lol
