Could you also count them based on another cell, for example if 'red' was typed out in another cell?
For example if 'red' was in cell B1 =countif(A1:A5,"*B1*")

Hi do you have algorithm for assigning values numbers that are not yet taken ?💓🙃🙃

For example

You already assigned 2 numbers

4 and 5
And the next number will be assigned on numbers in ascending order from 1 to 2 to 3 and so on as long as it is not yet taken
For example.
4 and 5 is already taken

So the next number will be
1

3
6
7
And so on as long as not yet taken
