Schneider Electric Magelis HMI Program upload/download sample programming using Vijeo Designer 6.2

hey sir, can you help me? i have a trouble with my hmi, i'm use HMIGTO2310 . i cant download program to hmi. and a messege error :
"Error Runtime Installer: [Target] [Target1] You are trying to download an older version of Runtime on the target machine, or the Runtime version on the target machine is not supported."
i used runtime istaller
and still can't. there is a messag "your are try download alder version of runtime on the target machine or or the runtime version on the target machine is not supported, installation can not proceed"
