I love these purveyors of pie-in-the-sky, one-size-fits-all concepts .... I am of the opinion that the abstract universe is not a one-size-fits-all, specific formula-based reality. The bedrock of all creativity is based on the very existence of contrast and variety, which is the opposite of singularity. Late comment but I feel compelled to add. You are not the only teacher that says your manifestation will never be as good as you imagined and that it will shortly fail to satisfy.
Partly true, you will want more, no matter what.
Sometimes true... be careful what you wish for.
However I have manifested a lot of things that were WAY BETTER than I could have imagined. Also the satisfaction never goes away. Honestly, I never thought I would have energy and feel good every day. After so long being exhausted I couldn't even imagine how it would feel to have energy. It's peace, it's joy, it's pure satisfaction, and it never goes away. There are exceptions to the "it will make me happy for the afternoon" phenomena. There are for sure.
