i am advocat and my coluge receive 1771 214C Notice what documents is required for this reply

I got notice for 214C and as directed I clicked on the Audit/Assessment I got option to View or Reply. When I click Reply it shows no notice and (Task code etc. is blank)

Tax year 2016 , recd notice u/s 214-D and paid penalty of 20K for closure of audit . Now again recd notice for same tax year 2016 pretaining to 214-D. what to reply now
