I am a 3rd year law student from bangalore, India... and doing masters from Harvard Law School is one of my biggest dreams ....

frankly, it's not lower income students who should worry about the cost of tuition at a school like harvard, especially given their generous financial aid system. it's middle class students whose parents make too much for them to qualify for any aid, yet only make enough to barely scratch the surface of 100k annual attendance cost. whilst the wealthy (10% and 1%) whose children are disproportionately accepted to top universities at around 30 times the average applicant, don't have to sweat those problems because they have trustfunds and savings waiting for them. this forces middle class students into fields of law with higher pay, more stable opportunities, while reserving areas of law which generate less money to the wealthy and lower income students.

Diversify the voices??? I would bet anything that 99.9% of all voices at Harvard think, speak and act the same. Secular and extreme leftist. No diversity of thought, Ill bet.

My first semester at Harvard was tuffer than I thought! Spent most of my time in the parking lot sitting in my van and sparkin up blunts and sippin some good ole Hennessy.

I have always wanted to study Law in Harvard, unfortunately I graduated with a CGPA of 3.7 which is below their average. I guess my dreams of attending here is almost impossible😓😓. I am preparing for the LSAT and I am not even finding it easy.

As someone who isn’t even close to applying to Harvard yet, going there and becoming a lawyer to finally accomplish my dreams and everything I’ve been working towards is definitely something I am working so hard towards, I really hope In sha Allah in a few years I’ll come back to this comment and say I made it.

Do most students in the US prefer to work in the private sector as lawyers or in the public service (as judges or prosecutors, for example)?

The problem is that I would never ever be able to be in Harvard...living in Iran's like the worst thing that could ever happen to anyone...Good for those who are in the law school :'(
