For the first time, I was able to finish all the videos! People like me should be proud of themselves. But it's okay if you still can't finish the videos. ОтветитьMy second day is over, but I almost died of crying, not tiredness. You have psychological pressure and exercise. You feel comfortable, as if it is something that releases all your negative energy. I hope that I will continue until the last day.

I've tried so many time to complete at least one challenge for the past two years, but could never get past the first few days...but I finally did it! I feel so much better in my body, both from the outside and the inside. I am so proud of myself for not giving up once these past four weeksand I want to thank Chloe so much for all the hard work she is doing for us, and for making all these programs completely free ans so accessible for beginners!!🩷🩷🩷 Don't ever give up guys, it will be worth it<3

As a 23 overweight girl am happy that I started this program and am at day 3 hoping to continue with it, to decrease my weight and depression.. my body limits me from doing anything that my peers do! and i am determint to lose weight this year! Wish me luck please😣🙏💞 thank you chloe so much 🫂💞
